现为上海交通大学集成电路学院(信息与电子工程学院)副教授、博士生导师、IEEE Senior Member。长期从事集成电路设计自动化、人工智能算法与硬件实现等领域的研究,主持或参加国家自然科学基金、国家重大研发计划、企事业单位合作项目20余项,累计科研经费约1500万元。在包含IEEE TCAD、IEEE TCAS I/II、ACM TODAES、ACM TECS等国际期刊以及DAC、ICCAD、DATE、ASP-DAC、NIPS、AAAI等国际会议上发表学术论文100余篇。已指导约60名硕士和博士研究生、30名本科生,多次指导本科生和研究生在全国集成电路创新创业大赛和集成电路EDA设计精英赛中获奖。
